Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Datamateappdev (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use LexiconTwist (the “App”).

LexiconTwist is a word-puzzle game. The current version does not include advertising, Google Analytics, user accounts, sign-in, cloud sync, or third-party analytics tools.

Information the App uses today

The App saves gameplay information on your device so it can work properly and remember your progress. This may include your selected category and difficulty, completed words, scores, daily challenge results, achievement progress, and in-app preferences such as sound, haptics, and reduced motion.

This information stays on your device. We do not collect it on our servers, sell it, or share it with third parties in the current version of the App.

Advertising and analytics

The current version of LexiconTwist does not display ads and does not use Google Analytics.

We may add advertising and Google Analytics in a future version. Before releasing a version with either service, we will update this Privacy Policy, update the Google Play Data safety information, and implement any notices, choices, or consent mechanisms required by applicable law and the services we use.

Advertising and analytics software may process technical and usage information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and general device information. The exact data, purposes, sharing, and controls will be described in the updated policy for the version that includes those services.

How to control or delete your data

Because gameplay data is stored locally in the current version, you can remove it by clearing LexiconTwist’s app storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App. Clearing storage resets your local game progress and preferences.

Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children in its current version. If we add services that process personal information, we will review the age-appropriate and consent requirements that apply before release.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App’s data practices change, including before adding ads or analytics. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
